The drama towards the end was kind of overblown. But I appreciated the HEA. This was funnier than I expected and I appreciated that too ( )

I absolutely adore this series - I was laughing out loud half the time and describing what was happening to my hubby the other half. This series is a definite must read if you like humorous romance books, Marius was the one that i had been most intrigued about when I read the first 2 books and I'm so glad he got his story and his HEA - honestly this was just TOO GOOD. I never realized a dog could be so entertaining - oh, and the other animals on the farm too - I can't even describe the entertainment I experienced - you have to read it for yourself. Alicia is my spirit animal - when she was popping out that baby and Marius was having a moment about pregnancy I nearly died laughing ( )

Wargasm is a serious story that never takes itself too seriously. Sosie Frost takes readers back to the town of Butterpond where the residents are as quirky as the name is cheesy and sets about stealing your heart. Marius and Gretchen are not each other's first choice. He's a bloody, battered soul. She's a touch neurotic. Yet despite the odds they fit. In life and love the greatest blessings are the one's we never saw coming, but are hopeless to live without. Heaven help my heart. ( )

REVIEW: “I didn’t speak, terrified of what I might learn. Who was this man I loved? A stranger in my heart. A beast in my bed. The man of my dreams. The biggest mistake of my life.” Gretchen is willing to go to all lengths to be with Marius, including having his baby. Unfortunately, communication is not a strong skill for either of them. I liked the way the author used humor to lighten the very serious issues wounded warrior encounter when returning home. The love scenes are quite descriptive of the feelings involved but a little repetitive. It is still a good read and contained quite a few laughs. This is my voluntary review of an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
