Readers love the Flora Maguire series: 'I thought it really evoked the era. And the atmosphere of an ocean-going cruise lent itself well to a murder scene. And you can quote me on that!' I have read this series in order though the book can be read as a stand-alone.
I enjoyed the story, it's well-written, some good characters but there were a couple of times I felt irritated by Flora, in particular, her belief that she was smarter than everybody.
