The full impact had yet to hit me. But I was excited. I mean, what other fella my age had a farm of his own, title clear and paid for? A young woman falls in love with the Morning Star and they have a son, Star Boy. When Star Boy and his mother must return to Earth from the Sky World, they face the challenge of being caught between the two worlds, not quite fitting in in either. When Star Boy is grown, he goes on a quest to find the Sun in the Sky World, and try to once again unite the two worlds. Unlike other books by Goble that I have read, this has a complete author's note referring the story to one nation, the Blackfoot. This is also an interesting story, as it has themes and tropes in common with folklore and mythology from other people. For example, it has 'the one you cannot have' in common with Bluebeard's locked room and Eve's apple in the Garden. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
