Hard to find a book of poems that is this much fun to read. It's so smart and so quick and so ambitious. And funny. It's got all the feign left, dodge right rhetorical trickiness of most contemporary poetry, but knows why it's doing it. The book is about why everyone is doing it. The best young poet to come around in a long, long while? ( )

I might prefer his earlier, funnier work. ( )
