I found this story to be very touching and lovely to read about a boy and his relationship with his father! I enjoyed the dramatic and imaginative text used to express the love and admiration that the boy has for his father. The story is told from the perspective of a little boy who can be a little dramatic when talking about his dad. For example, he says "when my daddy runs the ground shakes as if it's scared." I enjoyed the pictures as they added to the text. The book is a nice celebration of the love and inspirations that fathers can provide to their children. ( )
