First, this is not a professionally mastered Audio book, it's just Dr. Tripp reading the book, so you have to go in with right expectations.

That being said, the content of the book is very good. Dr. Tripp does his usual excellent job of showing how the issues of life are ultimately tied to the idols and desires of our hearts. This book, in audio or written form, would be a great resource for someone struggling with mid-life doubts. ( )

I turned 41 this year. This has been an encouraging book and is easy to read despite its size. I love every book written by this author and his brother. ( )
