Eric attends a Scottish Country Dance class with his friend Amara to help her hook up with her crush-of-the-month. But the computer science grad student abandons his wingman duties when he finds himself interested in their dance instructor, Rob. Eric swears that's not just about how great Rob's legs look in a kilt. Soon he's scoping out Rob's Facebook page and following him to the local Highland Games in hopes of scoring a date. Eric is too funny. Not intentionally, but he’s such a geek, and so not into any physical activity more complicated than walking, that it was hilarious to watch him deal with a dance class of all things. Thankfully Ron takes him in hand, so to speak, and helps him through it. Of course then Eric wants to find out more about the hot man in a kilt, and he feels almost no remorse for using Facebook to find out where Rob hangs out over the weekend. It looks like the beginning to a great romance…
If you like men in kilts, if hot dance instructors are your thing, and if you’re looking for a read that is as cut as it is short, then you will probably like this short story.
