Let me just say something. This is a journal I want everyone to have. I seriously believe that it would make a lot of people I know slow down and just be.

A lot of us are so busy and have such compacted schedules that we never notice the small beautiful things in the world. We never slow down and just watch things happen. We barely ever take time to just breathe and meditate.

Mindfulness is about just letting go and being a part of nature. It's about taking the time to stop and be. It's about letting negative thoughts and come and go without it making a dent in us by letting those thoughts sink in.

I just love this concept so much. Throughout this journal there are prompt and quotes for what ever day you feel like writing in it. It's such a mind opening experience, and I hope some of you might take the chance to get one and see what I mean. I just think this process is just beautiful. It gets a 5/5. ( )
