That badly-behaved pug returns in this hilarious picture-book, this time revealing just what a rotten little liar he is. "Pig was a pug, / and I'm sorry to say, / he would often tell lies / just to get his own way. / And when he would fib, / he was awfully clever. / When Pig got in trouble... / he would always blame Trevor." So it begins, as Pig constantly shifts the blame. Will he learn his lesson, when one of his schemes, involving a lie about Trevor, goes terribly wrong...? Although Pig the Fibber is the second book that Australian author/artist Aaron Blabey published about the (mis)adventures of this pug, it is the fifth and latest to be published here in the states. Told in a rollicking rhyme, the story here is quite amusing, and is paired with bright, colorful artwork, done in a cartoon style. Readers familiar with Pig's misdeeds probably won't be surprised by the format, although fans of this piggish pug will no doubt still be entertained by that final page. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña

I was looking for a picture of Trevor's unimpressed face while being punished for Pig's naughtiness but couldn't find one, so here's a different picture because the art in this book cracks me right up.
