Winter's Heat: Domning reads like Devereaux or Lindsey. Her characters are interesting. Her settings almost come to life. It's historical romance, so you get what you want from it. Escape. Adventure. A love story...it's up to you.

Summer's Storm: Domning reads like Devereaux or Lindsey. I spent a lot of time comparing this series to the Devereaux Velvet books. Maybe the best of the books based on Temric alone. The one thing that is very strange to me is the ghost. The other books don't have a bit of supernatural in them; but suddenly this one does. A little jarring; but well done. I also spent some time thinking about Hamlet while reading this book. The dialog -- the word style and choice...that all reminds me just a tiny bit of Hamlet. Not to mention some of the drama. ( )
