An adorable, rhyming story with lovely illustrations. Chester learns a lesson or two along the way that teaches him that his life as a cat is not so bad after all. Some added facts about calicos is a nice touch and over all a very appealing story for both children and adults who will no doubt enjoy reading with them.

I received a copy in exchange for an honest review. ( )

Angela Muse has written this very cute story in partially rhyming verse. It is a story encourages young ones it is better to be:pleasant, feel gratitude, have a positive attitude, be actively trying to solve problems, do not complain, do not take things for granted, plus more. Whether one is a “cat lover” or not, the full page illustrations are adeptly done with brilliant colors, with the adjoining written pages with wonderfully creative paw prints adorning them.

This will book surely capture a child’s heart! Great reading enjoyed by children ages two years to middle elementary age.

*This book was gifted to me for an honest review, of which I have give. ( )
