I wish they kept the same artists as the beginning, because there's a clear gap (the art in issue 21 takes a noticeable drop for some reason). Also, who the hell cares about the Inhumans? I forgot there was a year where Marvel was really trying to push these guys over the X-Men, thankfully that has mostly stopped.

This is probably the chunk of New Avengers that I've surprisingly enjoyed the least (the Wakanda/Atlantis conflict bores me to death, sorry) but even not-great New Avengers still manages to be really enjoyable. Like I'd mentioned before, Hickman rolling up the Marvel Multiverse continues to be fascinating and creepy - New Avengers feels like some kind of weird Kirbyesque nightmare at this point with all the people in crazy headgear running around and the weird sci-fi/fantasy trappings. Still really enjoying this, although getting a little nervous as to whether or not Hickman can pull this off. ( )
