Interesting facts and stats. Bottom line: all hydrogenated oils are bad, most oils, except olive, are bad. Margarines will kill you. I've stopped using cooking oils and only use coconut oil and butter. ( )

I read this more for the information on coconut oil over the diet. Cant tell you how it works because I didnt use the diet portion of the book. ( )
