The voice and language in this book is very easy to understand. There is no need to be a physician to understand and take advantages of the techniques taught. It has a big emphasis on stress and what it does to us. Although wrote for teens and young adults, it has a lot of very useful information for adults too. It provides the reader with a day to day plan for overall well being and a plan of strategy. I like the work sheets which puts it in your hands. It allows you not only reading information but tools to take charge and control what affects you. There are places where a teen or young adult can keep a record of their own facts and records. There is also a free web site to help further your abilities. A very beneficial book.
I received this book via good reads and was very surprised at the wealth of information in it. ( )
