Not what I need myself at the moment, but as an easy set of introductory exerciese you could do much worse than this, it also advises on how to get back into shape after injury, and Isolde should know, even though she's in her 90s and suffers from arthritis and regularly has accidents, she's still inspiring. Isolde is a teacher with the League of Health, has suffered multiple broken and shattered bones and two bouts with cancer and still ensures she moves and keeps her body going.

Recommended reading. Stuff to get started with. I need a bit more at this stage myself but if I ever did damage I think this would be one to help get back into some sort of shape. ( )
