( ) When finding and fighting a dragon to reinstate the family fortune and name doesn't turn out so well, Dunk Hoffnung lets himself be talked into trying out for Blood Bowl. Before long he has an agent, enemies, and his very own set of rabid fans. Of course there's the small problem of being suspected of murder, not to mention the bloodthirsty Orc that's out to kill him... and that rogue wizard, the gangrenous bookie, and... well, you get the idea. Tongue-in-cheek nods to a variety of football greats, their teams, home cities, and of course, the fans, this would be funnier if it didn't try so hard. This is a fun book. Though it certainly is not high-art, it is an enjoyable read. In the world of Warhammer, the national sport is blood bowl. It is a twisted version of American Football. Dunk Hoffnung was a dragon hunter fallen on hard times, he is discovered by the agent Slick Fullbelly to come and play blood bowl for the Bad Bay Hackers. He soon learns that blood bowl is every bit as dangerous as angry Chimeras. sin reseñas | añadir una reseña
