"Time to Get Ready, Bunny!" isa cute book about how hard it is for Bunny to get ready in the morning. It is also bilingual (Spanish) which would be great for ELL children who are Spanish speakers or for those trying to learn Spanish. I would love to see it in French as my grandchildren will be in a French Immersion School for their education. The illustrations are simple and cute. My grandson is in JK and is a terrible dawdler. I read this book with him and we laughed at every page. We talked about what the problem was (i.e. shirt too small, too cold for shorts etc.) I am not sure if he will be able to take anything from the story to change, but he did like it. The publisher generously provided me with a copy of this book via Netgalley. ( )

The simple bilingual text is educational, but there isn't much else to recommend this story. The illustrations are static and unappealing. ( )
