It's in the library if I decide to make them. I do not need to buy this book. -- But all the designs are really clever. And I doubt that I would have the courage to wear them if I did make them. I haven't yet used these patterns though on my to crochet list is the delicate circular vest & the wheat sheaf stitch shawl.
On my wish list to crochet are the dreaming of ....pajama set. What an adorable project!
From the patterns I'd say this is for intermediate, confident crocheters who are familiar with clothing, various yarn types (cotton/wool/bamboo/thread vs yarn, etc).
The patterns don't seem difficult but I wouldn't advise the first time you use bamboo thread to be with a project in here.
The crochet thread and yarn these patterns call for will be an investment.
I practice on acrylic yarn.
I also save the extra yarn at the end of projects for swatches and experimentation. ( )
