This is a very large collection of healthy recipes that are actually feasible to make and enjoy. I find most healthy cook books contain exotic ingredients that are difficult to find and often expensive to buy, but not this book. The recipes are built for practical, everyday cooking. All meals and snacks are covered and the recipes need little or no tweaking to create a tasty dish, again unlike many other cook books.

There are also many sections on nutrition and exercise advice and many url's which may be of interest to the reader are provided for further reading.

This is a great food and nutrition book which is getting a ton of use in my house. ( )
