The major problem I have with it is that it uses a lot of soy and strawberry, neither of which I can eat. And no, I'm not going to put chopped cabbage in ice bars. However, these things can be worked around. One other objection: if you are going to make the effort to get good honey, please, please, whatever she says, don't simmer it with the other ingredients. Wait until they are hand warm, and then add the honey.
I read this in German. There are several ingredients that I would love to be able to check what the English really said. This is particularly true in the chocolate chapter. ( )
