I love this picture book. I thought it was adorable. It's about an elephant always taking his time doing everything while his mother always tells him to hurry. Then there is a monkey that does everything too fast and her mother tells her to slow down. Eventually, the two meet each other and teach each other how to take things slow and how to do things quickly. ( )

This was a sweet story about a monkey and elephant who become fast friends, bonding over mangos and meal time. I really liked the illustrations, and it was enjoyable to see a friendship blossom. I think that's something kids can relate to. ( )
