This book is such a great guide! Weinzweig's advice is direct, simple, and down to earth. He demonstrates how the philosophy of service at all levels of an organization can build a happy workplace and a successful business. He speaks from a place of experience; his guide encourages you to set high standards while acknowledging that everyone makes mistakes. I am tempted to run away to Michigan and ask for a job... ( )
