- Founded Jan 1959 as the second of three Kingston Public Library branches, this small (3000 sq. ft.) neighbourhood branch closed in Sept 2017. A new Rideau Heights branch opened in spring 2018; the Kingscourt building is to be demolished to make space for sports fields for the new Kingston Secondary School.
