Langley Library is a Carnegie library, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We celebrated our centenary in 2009.

Langley is proud of its close links with the local community. It hosts regular meetings of the Langley Poetry Appreciation Society and the Ancestry group, which are open to all, as well as Langley Library Friends Group which is always looking for new members and new ideas. Langley Local History Society started out at the library but now has to meet elsewhere due to large numbers.
