- The Open Mind Center believes that books and the process of writing them enrich the mind and spirit in any number of ways. Books are filled with the creative, emotional, and mental energies of the authors, which in turn are experienced by readers as a powerful journey. We are holding a Celebration of Books to honor the power of writing and reading and we would love for you to join us.
At this event, authors will be on-hand to share their writing and will engage with guests through readings, discussions, and book signings. We’ll have authors from all kinds of genres so there’ll be something for everyone at this special event.
We will also have some of our wellness practitioners on hand to offer their services in 15-minute “mini sessions.” These services include intuitive readings, massage, Reiki, and energy healing. Come to this day of celebrating the written word and be a part of a unique experience!
