I can't believe this thread never saw any action. Cheezy and awesome, that's what I think! Of course, I'd also like to visit Dollywood.

It's hard to get a sense of scale on the site. "World" might be overdoing it just a bit. In fact it looks much smaller than the "Dickens Fair" they have here in San Francisco every year in the Cow Palace.

Has anyone actually been? I too suspect it will be tiny but I am also agog to have a go.

I think I'm turned off by the part where "visitors can immerse themselves in the sights, sounds and smells of 19th century England" (from this Wikipedia article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dickens_World). I'm quite happy to just imagine the smells of Victorian London and not actually live them!
