which is more important - right, credit or altruistic?

I give a brief definition. You can change the definition if you need.

right: The power to fight others and protect one's any interest.
credit: Any signed contract is operated.
altruistic: Have the sympathy to others and would be beneficial to others.

There are also some debates around:
point 1: credit is most important because that's what the society base upon and protect good willing.
point 2: altruistic is most important because it can outlaw malicious contract.
point 3: right is most import because it gives people freedom.

What's your thinking?

Right: Human rights is the utmost important such as the right to live, the right to etc.. The stature laws are made to protect the human rights of every human being in a particular nation in which he or she is residing or living ( not as a legal resident, and may apply as a tourist)

Altruistic: Contract is made upon the agreement of two parties. It is difficult to define contract being malicious.

Credit: Credit is a transaction between two parties in
which one,acting as creditor or lender, supplies the other,the debtor,with money,goods,services, or securities for the promise of future payments. Credit only happened when there is a contractual agreement
between two parties that becomes binding. The choice is yours , whether you prefer to pay in cash on delivery (C.O.D), instalment payments or full payment
at future date. There is no duress on the person on the type of payment to be made.
The definitions can be taken different - legal or common(layman) definition.

I supposed I had made a correct arguement on the definitions.
