ok so before i go back to normal i want to rant about something...
so a few days ago i wanted to try something on fall break since i had nothing else to do
it was about night time or so and i took 25 ills of diphenhydramine hci and about 20 minutes in i started feeling awful and i kinda regret what i did but i already did it so i started writing messages on here cause i thought i was going to die and then since it was a sleeping medicine i decided to go sleep but i couldn't so i just decided to use my chromebook and after a while my whole body felt weird like it wasnt me i looked around my bed and saw spiders around my room and my chromebook i looked at my arms and it looked like orange fur of a spider or something i then got off my bed and saw ants and salmonella(stomach worms) under my bed which was weird and they were eating a piece of apple or something and they got all over my sleeping blanket so i threw my blanket on the floor and decided to go to the sitting room and then saw my dad and decided to talk to him and i thought he was real and he told me to leave my chromebook in the sitting room so i did and then i saw him again on the dining table i decided to go to the sitting room and realized that my dad isnt even in the house (also before i slept i talked to my brother who wasn't there in the bedroom) also my memory is very bad so im explaining this in segments cause i don't know if i slept or not the same night i saw cockroaches and ants on the carpet floor and i would try and avoid them and i would keep slapping myself and scratching myself to get them off of me (they weren't real so i just sat there looking crazy) i then tried to read stuff but i couldn't cause my eyes were very dilated and no matter how much i zoomed in it was still blurry so i felt mad but also sad that it was going to be like that forever (glad it fixed over time) and the rest was forgetting to breath when i did something like playing fnf on my chromebook and every time i stood up i felt like passing out and slept for a whole day and night and it took 5 days to be myself again.
that was a loong rant and i might rewrite this on friday cause i'm still recovering cause i did it the second time don't ask why

I dont feel like typing so much but idc Im doing it either way. diphenhydramine hci isnt the best option u should really consider trying melatonin but not over 30 mg. Its more safer and u rarely have any bad side effects. Im glad you didnt die cz that would be so horrible...... dont even wanna think about anyone dying.everything ur saying rn sounds so so so bad. Im so sorry this happened to u please dont take that anymore its not good at all. I hope u find other remedies and you recover quickly with not interruptions, please take care of urself

I’m not trying to tell anyone what to do, but I seriously advise going to a doctor. The drug may still be affecting you and you should get treated for it. Get well bestie

i have a question for the people with adhd. how did you get diagnosed?
and do you use medication?
the reason im asking is my dad thinks i have it and since hes a nurse i dont know if hes wrong he will probably get me diagnosed by a psychiatrist but yeah i used to think i have it and did extensive research only to realize that me thinking that is a coping mechanism for all my problems so i stopped believing i have it

Story:
My dad saw my user in Genshin (it’s BiPanic) and questioned me on it. We did this Christmas festival thing, then we went to HOOTERS for dinner. Like why hooters?? And they had these advent calendar things where each month was a different hooter girl and my dad was teasing my brother abt it and then he turned on me. He was saying all these things like “well your username is Bi so idk what you like” and “Why don’t you do StraightPanic (I made the excuse abt the character limit, then he said “why not Str8Panic”). I was really freaked out and my mom gave me a really weird look. My mom just asked “you aren’t going to be those girls who get drunk and make out with others girls and say you’re bisexual are you? Because those are the worst girls”. I WAS TERRIFIED I tell you because my parents have a sort of internal homophobia that they don’t really let out except to make fun of my friends, who almost all of which are queer. So yeah, a very eventful coming-out story ig. But we haven’t talked abt it all night so idk what’s happening :D
