Getting Reviews for my Book on Amazon

How do I find readers on Library Thing that are willing to read and review my book on Amazon?

It is a nonfiction book for teachers that I wrote to help encourage and empower teachers and help them to reconsider quitting.

It is an easy read, 158 pages, of short, true stories from the classroom.
