Javier Pedro Zabala and Tomas Garcia Guerrero, the listed author and translator of The Mad Patagonian, are both fictitious according to the publisher's website; the book was actually authored by Peter Damian Bellis. Should all of these names be combined or should Zabala and Guerrero be aliased into Bellis?

Neither Zabala nor Guerrero is split, so you cannot alias them to Bellis. I would combine the three, and list Zabala and Guerrero in CK as "other names" and identify them as pseudonyms.
