comprehensive report does not list all titles

I am wondering why a comprehensive report that includes: book id, Title, author, publication date, and dewey decimal numbers, and copies doesn't doesn't always list all the titles.

For example, when titles have been searched, they were found when just looking for the title, yet they were not in the comprehensive report on all the titles in the library.
