Keay’s China

So my birthday is this weekend and after a very stressful and hectic month, I’m thinking of gifting myself a copy of the Keay China, even though my logical brain thinks it’s definitely overpriced (which, tbh, is somewhat arbitrary).

I was wondering if anyone has bought it and really loved it?

Since a video is made up of several frames per second, I would guess a good video is worth several thousand words.

Back on the topic at hand, I was also mildly interested in Keay’s China, but found the price a bit of a deterrent. But having watched Pontus video above (great video btw), it seems like a worthy production for sure. I might add it in my next order.

I do really want this book for my library. I also think it’s really overpriced and will feel silly for buying it, but likely still will!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! . . . ;) . . . The book sure is pricey and perhaps it will appear in future sales . . . so if you have patience to wait, then maybe it's worth doing so. But it's still a very nice edition and I don't think you would be disappointed if you decide to gift it for yourself!
