Baking Cookbook for Type 2 Diabetes

I love to bake, and am a huge fan of GBBO. I have a huge binder full of baking recipes that I love and love to make. But a month or so ago, I was diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes, and now I'm finding myself at something of a loss. I don't want to give up the hobby I love, but I also don't want to damage my health.

To that end, I'm hoping someone can recommend some baking cookbooks specifically for diabetic bakers. I am in the US, so US measurements would be best, but I can convert. I know that I could find some by searching, and I plan to, but I'd also love to know if there are any that people know and like.

One website that you might like is Forks Over Knives. They have a cookbook and a recipe app. They're not specifically for diabetics but they've really helped a lot of people including some friends of mine. https://www.forksoverknives.com/
