I believe he will have a part...but we are more than half way through the book and all he's done is hunt cigarettes...so maybe he's just a distraction.

I agre with Carol and Eadie. I've suspected since the beginning that Faraday might be of some help to Bosch in all this. Why have him still have his licence if it can't be used?

I'm sure he will. Why introduce him otherwise. I just don't know what is going to happen.

I think Faraday may say something to Bosch that will ultimately point him to a specific direction. It sounds like Faraday was a decent attorney at the time - just made a bad decision on that last case.

I think we have Faraday for some information that we'll need further down the road. As a homeless man, he's practically invisible and would be able to hear and see things that could be important later.
