Did you agree with Brooks that Tony didn’t have a grip of the investigation?

Not at all. Tony is doing the best he can given the stonewalling that seems to be going on around certain aspects of his investigation. Tony will always dig deep, he won't stop until he gets to the root of things.

Brooks is out to lunch! Someone needs to buy him a gag...or hire the people that dropped Chamlers off.

no. Brooks has not been involved except for the scenes where he pops in to berate Tony in front of everyone so he doesn't know that there are things being discovered and that the investigation is moving along

I agree with you all.

I think Brooks is nervous about the Tommy Johnston case coming back up and he is lashing out at Tony as a defense mechanism.

I think Brooks is afraid that Tony will discover something about him.
