Changing the PayPal conditions / account

I have handed over the management of a library thing library and tinycat subscription to someone else. The email address etc has been changed. But the billing still goes through yearly to my PayPal account. I have followed the link https://www.librarycat.org/admin/billing/overview and the related help, but it doesn't allow me to change the PayPal account linked to the auto billing.
In exploring this, I have ended up changing the payment set-up to 'yearly one time' - which we really don't want. But it won't change back again.
