The plot is to kill the G8 Leaders. Do you understand the rationale behind this and what the outcome would be?

I think the primary goal is to have the Middle East countries get blamed for the assassinations. This would also to create a power vacuum in the G8 and chaos in those countries -- I would expect that they'd look to the US for guidance/control since it would be the only one still intact.

The outcome would be chaos in the Middle East and a scramble to take over those countries.

I'm assuming Kent and his organization are planning a big assassination of the G8 leaders that they will blame on the Middle East. The countries would then declare war on them and pick up the pieces after they are destroyed.

An attempt to make the Middle East countries take all the blame.

Chaos would ensue, I don’t think anything would change, in the long term we’d be back to the current situation. New people would step in. We stepped into Iraq and Afghanistan but not drastically improved the situation!
