Any thoughts why Jim Gelder was killed?

I think his name was on Reel's list and I think Will Robie is probably on her list too.

No. BIG surprise...
Will be interesting to unravel this story and find out what parts Jacobs and Gelder played in Reel's tumble from grace.
And who is next, I wonder?

I'm guessing that it's revenge. Either the agency sent her into a spot where she was expected to be expendable and she's taking out everyone in the decision chain. Or, it's someone forcing her to take revenge for a job that was done and she's their weapon

His name was on the list she has.

They must have both been involved together in something in the past. Wasn’t expecting it was him that would be killed.

I think she's made a list of the people that she wants to get revenge on and he made her top ten.
