Any thoughts why Littlewood was being targeted?

He may have served the prison in a professional situation and learned things from Ortego or Sands...or he gave them advise that backfired somehow.

Maybe he testified against the killer about his state of mind.

I have no idea. It's not something that can obviously be connected.

There was a hint that Littlewood's tastes are somewhat deviant - Nashorn was apparently into pornography; I'm beginning to think this may be revenge killing of a different hue, and perhaps our killer is a woman who has suffered at the hands of these men?

I assumed he'd been a consultant for the DA or the police on the case that this killer was involved in.
