Novels (adult or young adult) with male ballet dancer protagonist?

I've found a lot of novels told from the point of view of female dancers, but have yet to stumble across one told from the POV of a male ballet dancer. Any recommendations?

And I'll take additional recommendations of female ballet dancer novels as well. The ones I've enjoyed so far include Bunheads (unrelated to the TV show); The Kings Are Already Here; Marie, Dancing; and The Four Temperaments. I also have a number of vintage YA girls' career romance novels that involve dancing, but I'm not including those -- they don't have nearly as much realistic detail.
