Cargando... Discordia: Hail the Goddess of Chaos and Confusion (edición 2006)por Malaclypse the YoungerA PAPAl REVIEW Right. I bought this book for my Pope-in-training sister, not knowing what I was afflicting her with. I'm far happier with the copyleft version I printed from the Internet-- at least THAT doesn't have mispellings galore and ugly, grainy graphics. The fonts change several times per page, probably in an attempt to be 'wacky' and 'chaotic'-- it's just annoying. The graphics that weren't ganked from older editions of the Principia are bland things, often with a bit of poor photoshopping slapped on. The original graphics, like the application for the Bavarian Illuminati, are nigh-well impossible to read. The idea of copyrighting something that one can find in a .5 second Google search is, frankly, absurb-- and not in a good, Discordian way. This edition takes itself far too seriously for its own good. Don't buy it. Print your own, or hunt down the Loompanics version. And while you're at it, jake the author. (Do you believe that?) |
