- A lot of people say "Wow, that's a lot of books!" while collectors would say "That's a good start." I still have a few textbooks from my college days. I get some books as sample copies from my employer, which accounts for some of the odd reference titles as well as the large prints. I've taken to adopting used books. Some of my main genres and topics are music, nature, poetry, short fiction, Native American, and queer lit.
