Fantastic Short Stories will take it's reader to a few different worlds. These stories may seem impossible (or are they). There will be stories of the absurd evilness of man, as well as stories of the kindness of man. The reader must bring his imagine as well as his child like beliefs with him on this trip. Fairy tales, tales of happy whimsy and tells of sadness...the reader will see it all. But most of all the reader will learn, get inspired and experience the enjoyment of the world of the *Fantastic Short Stories!

Mary Carr Jackson , Born Mary Elizabeth Carr is one of six children (Jerome, Rita, Jeffrey, Roma and Gregory) born to Samuel and Margaret Carr in Hartford Connecticut. Samuel a Army Vet worked at Underwood Type Writers Corp. as a laborer after leaving the military. He, his wife and children resided in Chart Oak Terrace housing project (constructed for military vet after WWII).

Mary attended Mary M. Hooker Elementary, Pope Park Middle School and Hartford High School (taking AP classes). The Upper Ward Bound Program, introduced her to a higher education and she attended The University of Hartford on a scholarship provided by this federal program.

Life has taken Mary around this mighty country of ours and she has married a military man as well as given birth to two wonderful children (Kellen and Lisa).
