Reflecting my interest in science, most of the titles in my personal library are in human anatomy and disease, animal behavior (particularly birds), and evolution. As a SLIS student, I am rediscovering a love of fiction!

As an experienced high school science teacher, I recently decided to pursue a degree in library and information science from the University of South Carolina. I hope to move from the science classroom into the public school media center.
