Sobre mi biblioteca
These days most of my books are packed in boxes, as I am just finishing a short term military posting in a cramped rental house with little room. My unpacked books mostly pertain to work (having just finished an MA in Religious Studies), so quite a few on military history, military chaplaincy, sociology, theology, and such, while downstairs the ones unpacked relate to my interest in military history and my hobby of wargaming with miniature soldiers. I'm a total geek.
Sobre mí
I'm in my early fifties. By profession and vocation I'm an Anglican (Episcopal) priest serving as a chaplain in the Canadian Armed Forces, have been for almost a decade now. I trained first as a literary scholar, intending to be a medievalist. I am ludicrously overeducated, with four postgraduate degrees, but most days feel I know very little. Books about travel, Italian cooking, literary fiction, literary studies, literary theory, cultural theory, history and military history, theology, and politics all appeal to me.
