I am a counsellor working in my own private practice since 1994. As a hardened Introvert, I love time on my own and reading is crucial - a book is my constant companion, whether it's a psychological thriller or a book on motivation or creative writing. I'm the author of two self-help psychology books: 'The Self-Esteem Journal' and 'Making Relationships Work' - they're both full of lots of reflective exercises to help understand yourself and develop more Self-Esteem in every aspect of your life. I live in Southampton with my wonderful husband, Matt.
