I use LibraryThing for the personal collection that my wife and I have built up at home -- with especial reference to the music scores. We both sing in choirs, and we like the idea that our music might, when not in use by us, be available for loan to friends. I am also slowly adding our poetry books to LibraryThing.

My day job is as Librarian of the Haddon Library of Archaeology and Anthropology, Cambridge University. My poems have appeared in a number of outlets (_Orbis_, _Verbatim_, _Poetry Nottingham_, _Popshot_ &c.) but I am unrelated to the Canadian musician and writer Aidan Baker.
