This is the official textbook of the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, intermediate level.
Not bad, easy to understand, but only an introduction to the wine topic: many important subjects are just mentioned and the book doesn't go very deep.
Anyway a must-have (literally) if you are studying for the WSET intermediate exam and after all a decent reading.
