I found the book an interesting read. However, I think it could have been made more readable with the help of a good editor to tighten up the story and produce a better flow and consistency. A lot of the book was a collection of personal anecdotes, which while great to read, could have been linked together to provide better flow. More proofreading was needed to get rid of the obvious printing errors too. It is a good insight into the life of RAF pilots during WW2.
