For over forty years we have specialised in producing authoritative, finely designed art and illustrated books. Starting life as Sotheby's Publications, the publishing arm of the famous auction house, we became independent in 1977 and are now part of Bloomsbury Publishing Plc.

During our history we have collaborated with numerous museums and institutions, including the Wallace Collection, MK Gallery, and the National Trust, among many others, on the publication of exhibition catalogues and other museum-related titles. We have also worked with individual collectors to enable them to publish artworks in their collections to the highest standard.

In each case, however large or small the publication, we closely work with our partners to offer them a dedicated service for the editing, design and high-quality production of copies tailored to their requirements, and we welcome opportunities to do so from institutions and private individuals alike.
